The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") apply to the registration for Solar For Your Cause, a marketing and referral platform, by a User on the website located at
and all associated platforms therewith (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). By using the Website and participating as a solar ambassador, you, as the User, acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement.
GENERAL TERMS
Parties: The parties to this Agreement are you, the User (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you"), and Solar For Your Cause, a solar marketing firm (hereinafter referred to as "Solar For Your Cause" or "we" or "us").
Scope: This Agreement governs your interactions with the Website and your role as a solar ambassador for Solar For Your Cause.
Jurisdiction: This Agreement and the use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [your state]. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts located within the jurisdiction of [your county/state].
Statute of Limitations: Any cause of action by the User with respect to this Agreement must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through alternative means of dispute resolution, such as mediation or arbitration, before resorting to litigation. If no specific dispute resolution process is outlined, the recommended practices of [your state]'s Office of Dispute Resolution shall be followed.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. A new provision shall automatically replace the invalid provision, which is as similar as possible to the original provision but remains legal, valid, and enforceable. Solar For Your Cause's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it in the future. No waiver by Solar For Your Cause of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing.
Changes to this Agreement: Solar For Your Cause reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes made shall be effective immediately upon posting the amended Agreement on the Website, and no additional notice is required.
TERMS OF USE
Non-exclusive License: Solar For Your Cause grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website as a solar ambassador. Under this license, the following actions are not permitted and may result in the revocation of your license: copying, modifying, reproducing, or creating derivative works based on any part of the Website, including Solar For Your Cause's intellectual property such as trademarks and copyrights; reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code or structure of the Website; renting, leasing, reselling, or exploiting the Website for commercial purposes; engaging in activities that interfere or disrupt the Website.
Account Registration: As a User, you will create an account on the Website to participate as a solar ambassador. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself or the organization you represent. In the event of a dispute regarding account ownership, Solar For Your Cause will act as the sole arbitrator, and its decision shall be binding on all parties. Solar For Your Cause reserves the right to terminate any account in its role as arbitrator.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and other information. You are also responsible for any activities that occur under your account, including those by sub-registered users or authorized individuals.
User Verification: Solar For Your Cause reserves the right to verify the identity and credentials of Users. This may involve requesting copies of identification and relevant business records. Users must cooperate with such verification requests.
Referral Fees: Solar For Your Cause offers a referral fee of $1000 to solar ambassadors for each successful referral that results in a solar installation. The referral fee is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Solar For Your Cause's referral program.
Age Restrictions: In order to register as a User, you must be at least eighteen years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are between the ages of thirteen and seventeen, you may register with the permission and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. Children under the age of thirteen are not permitted to register as Users.
Right to Modify: Solar For Your Cause does not guarantee any specific features or functionality of the Website and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. No refunds will be provided for fees already collected.
Fraudulent or Illegal Activity: Any use of the Website that is deemed illegal, fraudulent, tortious, or damaging to Solar For Your Cause will result in legal action to the fullest extent of the law.
